Location

Orangeville Agricultural Society Fairgrounds - located north-east of Orangeville on 5 Sideroad, Mono Township, just off Hockley Road, approx. 2.5 km east of Highway 10.

There is ample parking but access to the site is limited. Please come early to avoid traffic congestion.

Important
Those leaving the fairgrounds from the east exit must go east (right) on 5 Sideroad to the 3rd Line and then south (right) to Highway 9. Do NOT turn around and try to go back to Hockley Road!

Three age categories! - Under 12, 13 to 17 and 18 and Over

First Prize (Each Category) - $100.00

Second Prize (Each Category) - $50.00

Third Prize (Each Category) - $25.00


Contest Rules

1. Applications must be received no later than Monday, June 28, 2010
2. The presentation is to include one performance only.
3. The maximum time on stage is 5 minutes per entry.
4. Contestants must provide all music, props and instruments. A tape/CD player, microphones and full sound and lighting system will be provided.
5. This is a family show. Performances must be tasteful containing no coarse language or inappropriate content.
6. Space is limited and applications will be accepted in the order in which they are received.
7. The talent contest begins at 7:15 pm July 1, 2010 ends no later than 10:00 pm even if not all acts have performed.
8. Contestants should arrive by 6:45.
9. Please bring a short bio with you.
